If you feel you’re losing strength, having problems with movement or balance or your fitness is just not what it used to be. This group fitness class for over 60s, we will help you feel and move better and get stronger. Using light weight weights, resistance bands and a chair (if needed) to improve your health, strength and fitness.
Men and women of all abilities and fitness levels catered for. Come and join our great group and enjoy this hour of activity and fun.
FiftyPlusFit
Get fit and fabulous with these fun exercise classes no matter what your age! A step up from our MatureFit classes, still using bands and weights for muscle strengthening but adding more active movements for overall fitness and health. This instructor led class includes some floor based exercises to strengthen your core and add more activities for whole body exercises and variety.
If your looking for a fun class to get you moving to the music, build your fitness, improve your strength, balance, core and confidence then this class is for you. Ideal for 40s, 50s and over.
